Our prices are based upon hanging weight of steer. Average hanging weight is between 600-400lbs.
 

  • Whole Beef   $3.50 lb. 

  •  3/4 Beef        $3.50 lb.

  •  1/2 Beef        $3.50 lb.
  •  1/4 Beef        $3.50 lb.

 
 
The average amount of packaged edible meat produced is between 60%-70% of hanging weight. Processing fees are generally $0.48 per lb. depending on your deesired cuts of meat.
 
A typical family of four can easily consume 1/2 a beef in a year. If you are curious about grass fed our have never bought in bulk we recommend you start with a 1/4 beef.
